Registered general nurse with 15 years of clinical experience, has been an integral part of Cork University Hospital since moving to Ireland in 2017. Deeply committed to supporting nurses transitioning to Ireland, he is one of the founding members of the Cork Indian Nurses Association (COINNS) and actively collaborates with the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organization (INMO). From 2022 to 2024, Jibin served as Chairperson of the INMO’s International Nurses Section, advocating for international nurses’ welfare. He is also a member of the Culture Diversity Network within the Health Service Executive (HSE), working to foster inclusivity and support for healthcare professionals across Ireland.
